We are keen to assist people requiring high levels of care to move out of hospital and start living more independent life with nursing support around them.
In home-Nursing Services include:
- Monitoring vital signs
- Medication and injection administration
- Oxygen Therapy
- Diabetes Management
- Wound Management
- Pain Management
- Liaise with local pharmacy, other allied health professional, client’s regular GP.
- Falls prevention.
- PEG feeding
- Monitoring and management of pressure injuries
We also provide nursing care and support to aged people. Nursing interventions with the elderly includes:
- Giving sickness care including intensive care or daily care such as feeding, bathing, range of motion.
- Enabling the senior to perform his or her own hygiene and grooming.
- Implementing medical procedures and treatments as ordered by the physician.
